Important: Assembly service is building assembly only. The service does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Sustainable Timber
The timber Forest use is from only slow grown Nordic spruce which is evident in the tight growth rings seen on the logs. FSC certification of the timber used ensures sustainability and longevity of supply.

Engineering of the Logs
The precision engineered logs are machined with chalet cut corners, a joint with a 6 sided profile which provides maximum resilience and stability against the UK's wind and rain. The logs are manufactured from kiln dried timber, a process which extracts moisture to an extact level. This method of drying minimises the risk of splitting and reduces warping to an absolute minimum.

The Cabins
The Forest log cabin range is available in 4 different thicknesses - 28mm, 34mm, 44mm and 58mm with double glazing being standard on all 44mm and 58mm models. The roofs and floors in all the Forest cabins are constructed from kiln dried tongue and groove boards. Adjustable door hinges, mortised locking door mechanisms and attractive roof shingles come as standard on all models, with opening opening windows available on most, check specific models for further details.

Forest's entire product range has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. All their products feature FSC logo, assuring you that they comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market.

Please check above for individual product lead times e.g `Delivery in 2 - 3 weeks` as this differs between buildings.  All Forest Log Cabins and Summerhouses have assembly included in the price.

• Forest will be in contact with you to make necessary arrangements for delivery and assembly.  Please submit a suitable daytime telephone number in the checkout stage, so they can easily contact you in normal business hours.
• The assembly of your building will be completed by a skilled Forest assembly team at a time that suits you.

IMPORTANT  LOG CABIN AND SUMMERHOUSE DELIVERY INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• Assembly service is building assembly only.  The service does not include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to have a correctly sized flat and level base for the building to be assembled on.  With no overhead obstructions (e.g tree branches) below the buildings highest point.
• It is very important that there is ample and easy access to the assembly site from the lorry drop zone.  Please take into account that parts of the buildings are very large and/or long.  It is also important to take into account any sharp turns or overhead obstructions.
• Under no circumstances will any Forest building fit through a house or standard garage to an assembly area.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to check local planning restrictions in relation to the applicable building before purchasing. 
• By ticking the box ‘I have read and accepted the terms and conditions` in stage 2 of the checkout, you agree that the above criteria is part of these terms and conditions.
