Purchasing Information

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro at the tills.  We are happy to take card payments over the phone, however for security reasons we can only deliver to the registered billing address of the card used.  In addition, if goods are to be collected from us, then card payment can only be taken in person, at the till, with chip and pin.

Unfortunately we do not take deposits for items, or offer finance options.  Full payment must be made on all sales.

Delivery Information

Smith`s Nurseries operates its own delivery service for purchases made in-store.  We operate 7 days a week, using a fleet of specialist vehicles.  We are happy to deliver by arrangement, on a day that suits you (slots are subject to availability),  please ask in-store or call 01895 233844 for further details.  Please note there is a charge for all deliveries of products purchased in-store.  This charge will be determined on location and load.
